Questions and Answers
No. Creating and keeping an account on MaszBox is free. Publishing listings is free at the moment as well.
A personal account is enough if you rent out or sell your own space. A company account helps when a team manages the listings - it lets you add employees with permissions, use a subscription and download invoices.
No. Browsing listings and calling an advertiser require no registration. You only need an account once you want to add a listing of your own.
Use the account recovery page - we will send you a link to set a new password. If that does not help, write to us through the contact page.
Besides a password you can turn on two step sign in: a code from an authenticator app (2FA) or a code sent to your email address. The settings live in the account menu, in the authentication section. The same account also lists your active sessions, so you can end any you do not recognise.
