Accessibility for Everyone
At MaszBox, we want every user to fully enjoy our platform - regardless of their needs or limitations. That’s why we design solutions that are intuitive, practical, and accessible. We continuously improve and adapt the maszbox.pl website and mobile app to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
Conformance status
The MaszBox website partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Most of its content and features meet the requirements, and the issues we know about are listed below.
Known issues
- Listing photos are added by the advertisers. Their text alternative is built from the listing title, so it does not describe what a given photo shows (criterion 1.1.1).
How this statement was prepared
We prepared this statement on September 29, 2026 based on a self-assessment. We checked representative pages of the website: the home page, the search, result lists and listing details, company and city lists, the blog, the pricing pages, help, the contact page, and the login and registration forms. Automated tests were run with axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA criteria, and keyboard use, meaning focus order, focus visibility and keyboard traps, was checked in Firefox. We also manually checked contrast in light and dark mode, the forms, display at a width of 320 px and increased text spacing. The review did not cover the panels available after logging in, and we have not yet tested with screen readers or with people with disabilities, so there may be issues this review did not find.
Mobile App Accessibility
Currently, MaszBox operates as a PWA (Progressive Web App), which can be added to your phone’s home screen and used just like a regular mobile app. The PWA was designed with readability and support for assistive technologies in mind, such as screen readers. In the future, we also plan to launch a full-featured mobile application that will fully comply with digital accessibility requirements.

We make every effort to ensure that MaszBox is a fully accessible and user-friendly platform for everyone. However, if you encounter any accessibility issues on our website or in the app, please let us know.
You can do so by writing to the email address given on the Contact page. If you’re logged in, you can also report issues directly from your account settings, in the “Reported issues” section, where you can submit new reports and check the status of previous ones. Every report matters to us, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Reporting and appeals procedure
You can report that a page or part of it is not accessible, or ask for the content in another form. In your report, give the page address, a description of the problem and how to contact you. If we cannot remove the barrier straight away, we will offer another way to access the same information, for example by sending it by email. If you disagree with our reply, write again to kontakt@maszbox.pl, referring to your earlier report, and we will review the matter again.
