Maszbox.pl for property developers
Selling apartments, houses or units in a new development? On Maszbox.pl every development gets its own page, and all units, garages, parking spaces and storage rooms are managed from a single company account together with your whole sales team.
What a developer gets
You unlock the company account by confirming the company email address and phone number. From there you work in your own panel: you add developments, assign offers to them and split the work between sales representatives.
Developments
Development page
Every development gets its own page with photos, a description, the completion date, directions and the neighbourhood. The number of offers, prices and floor areas are calculated automatically from the listings assigned to it.
Units assigned to a development
Apartments, houses, garages, parking spaces and storage rooms are added as separate listings and linked to the development. A buyer sees the whole offer in one place.
Development statistics
Separate figures for each development: how often it appeared in a list, how many people opened its page and how many reached for the phone number.
Reach of your offer
Presence in search
Offers reach the search results and the pages of the cities, districts and categories you build in. Each one has its own address and a description prepared for search engines.
Map and neighbourhood
A development and its units appear on the map together with the city or district boundary, so a buyer sees straight away where you are building.
Developer profile
A public company page in the directory with a logo, banner, description, social media links and every active listing.
Sales team
Accounts for sales representatives
You can create a sales representative's account yourself or send them a registration link. Their details can be changed and the account removed at any time.
Team permissions
Each person gets only the permissions they need: listings, developments or team management. Payments and company settings stay with the owner.
Shared list of offers
Every company offer sits on one list, no matter which sales representative added it. Any person with permission can edit or extend it.
Sign-in rules
You decide how workers sign in to the panel, and you can require two-factor authentication or a code sent to their email.
Results and billing
Listing statistics
Impressions in results, views of a listing and phone number clicks for the whole company at once or for a single offer.
Company phone number
You confirm the sales office number with an SMS code and show it on every company offer.
Integration and automation
Offer import from an XML file
You upload a ZIP package with photos and an XML file in the standard used by popular property portals. We add, update and remove offers based on it.
XML file import over FTP
You place the package on an FTP account, we collect it on a schedule and synchronise the offers automatically. Your own system stays the source of data and the panel is not needed.
How to start
Three steps from creating an account to your first visible offer.
1
Create a company account
You provide the company details and confirm the email address and phone number. That unlocks the company panel.
2
Add a development
Photos, a description, the completion date and the location. The development page is ready as soon as you save it.
3
Add the units
Each unit is added as a listing and assigned to the development. Prices and floor areas on the development page recalculate on their own.
