## Questions and Answers

### Does searching listings with AI cost anything?

No. Browsing listings on Maszbox.pl is free, through an AI assistant too. The assistant itself may have fees set by its provider.

### Which AI assistants can search Maszbox.pl?

Any assistant that can open web pages, for example ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. It works best with web browsing turned on in the assistant.

### Does the assistant see current listings?

Yes, when the assistant opens the site directly. The AI version is built from the same data as the site and refreshes every few minutes. Results from the web search engine the assistant uses may be older.

### Will the assistant contact the advertiser for me?

No. The assistant shows listings and their details, but you reveal the phone number yourself on the listing page and agree the terms directly with the advertiser.

### How do I connect my own AI agent to Maszbox.pl?

You do not have to parse HTML. The Markdown search at https://maszbox.pl/en/szukaj.md describes every filter, sorting and pagination, and each listing in the results takes one line. The list of cities with the slugs used by the listingCity filter is at https://maszbox.pl/en/miasta.md, a short overview of the site for language models at https://maszbox.pl/en/llms.txt, and the full one, with categories, cities and answers to common questions, at https://maszbox.pl/en/llms-full.txt. Every page on the site has a Markdown version at the same address ending in “.md”, and the regular page address also returns Markdown when the request sends the Accept: text/markdown header. In a browser that supports WebMCP, the site gives agents the search_listings, list_listing_categories and open_listing tools.

### Can I download listings from Maszbox.pl with a bot or a scraper?

No. An AI assistant may search listings on behalf of a person looking for a space for themselves, but the Maszbox.pl Terms & Conditions forbid using bots and scripts that automate processes (§ 3(2)), and the site databases are protected by law (§ 12). Do not bulk download listings with bots or scripts (scraping), including through the Markdown version and llms.txt. Do not copy the listings database or any part of it to other listing sites, price comparison sites or aggregators, and do not use it in business that competes with Maszbox.pl. Do not sell or share data from listings with third parties. Personal data of advertisers, such as names and phone numbers, is protected by the GDPR, so do not collect it or use it for any other purpose, for example to send commercial offers. Using the content and databases of the site without the prior, express consent of MaszBox is forbidden. They are protected by the laws on copyright, database protection and combating unfair competition.
