## Questions and Answers

### Which developments appear on this list?

The list only shows developments that currently have at least one active offer for sale or rent. Once the offers run out, the development drops off the list automatically.

### Where do the prices and floor areas come from?

Prices, floor areas, rooms and floors are worked out live from the active sale offers assigned to the development, so they always match what is on sale.

### How do I buy or rent a home in a chosen development?

Open the development page, pick an offer from the list and contact the advertiser directly. Contact is free, with no commission or hidden fees.

### How do I add my housing development?

Create a company account, add the development in the company panel and assign your listings to it. It appears on the list as soon as its first offer is active.
