[See the full page](https://maszbox.pl/en/o-nas)

MaszBox (maszbox.pl) is a classifieds site for renting out and selling space: storage units, garages, parking spaces, basements, attics, warehouses, containers, plots, commercial units, flats and houses. It connects owners of free space with people looking for it in their area. The site is run by MASZBOX sp. z o.o., based in Radom.

## How much does a listing cost?

Nothing. Adding and publishing a listing is free for private persons and companies. We take no commission on rentals or sales. You will find the details on the [pricing page](https://maszbox.pl/en/cennik.md).

## How do contact and the agreement work?

You contact the advertiser directly, with no middlemen. MaszBox is not a party to the agreement and does not handle payments. You agree the rental or sale terms, the condition of the space and its legal status directly with the advertiser.

## How do we look after safety?

Before adding their first listing, every user confirms an e-mail address and a phone number with an SMS code. The rules for publishing listings are set out in the [terms and conditions](https://maszbox.pl/en/regulamin.md). If you notice a suspicious listing, write to us through the [contact page](https://maszbox.pl/en/kontakt.md). Before paying a deposit, always see the place in person and sign a written agreement.

## Who is MaszBox for?

- **Private persons** who want to rent out or sell a garage, storage unit, basement or plot, or who are looking for such a place.
- **Companies** with many listings. A company account lets you add employees, manage listings together, download invoices and create housing estate pages. You will find the companies advertising on the site in the [company directory](https://maszbox.pl/en/firmy.md).

The site works in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
