Some features unlock once your email address and phone number are confirmed. ### Listings - **Adding listings**: Add a rental or sale listing with a description, price, location with address suggestions and up to 9 photos in the order you choose. - **Listing management**: Edit, extend and delete your listings from one list in your account panel. - **Listing statistics**: Impressions in search results, listing visits and phone number clicks show how your offers are performing. - **Reporting listings**: Report a listing with false information or one that breaks the rules, and our team will review it. ### Favorites - **Favorite listings and developments**: Save listings and developments with one click on the heart. Only offers that are still active stay on the list. ### Points and payments - **Points**: Earn points for referrals, among other things, and use them on the platform. - **Referral programme**: Share your code or QR code with friends and earn points for every person and company that joins and confirms a phone number. ### Account and security - **User profile**: Fill in your first name, last name and profile photo. - **Sign-in and access details**: Sign in with a password, Google or Facebook, and change your email address, password and phone number in the account settings. - **Two-step verification**: Protect your account with two-step verification using an authenticator app or a code sent by email. - **Session management**: If you suspect someone else has access to your account, sign out of all other devices. - **Marketing consents**: Change your marketing consents at any time and decide which messages you want to receive. ### Other - **Bug reports**: Report a platform bug from your account and follow how its fix is progressing. - **Account deletion**: Delete your account yourself in the settings, without contacting support. Company features unlock once the email address and the company phone number are confirmed. ### Company listings - **Shared company listings**: The owner and employees with permission add, edit, extend and delete company listings. All offers are on one list, no matter who added them. - **Company listing statistics**: Impressions in search results, listing visits and phone number clicks for all company offers combined or for a single listing. - **Listing import from an XML file (Soon)**: You upload a ZIP package with photos and an XML file in the standard used by popular property portals. We add, update and remove listings based on it. - **XML file import over FTP (Soon)**: You place the package on your FTP account, we collect it on a schedule and synchronise the listings ourselves. Full integration and automation without signing in to the panel. ### Developments - **Development pages**: A development page with photos, a description, the completion date, directions and the neighbourhood.
