Posting a listing on Maszbox.pl costs nothing. Below is everything we charge nothing for, along with the rules that apply on the platform.

## What you get at no charge

- Adding a listing and publishing it in the search results.
- Listing photos and the location on the map.
- Direct contact by phone between the two sides, with no middleman.
- A company account where you add workers and manage the company listings together.
- Up to 9 photos in a single listing, straight from a phone or a computer.
- Housing development pages for companies: a page for each development with photos, a description, the completion date and the surroundings, with your sale and rental offers assigned to it.

## Listings are free at the moment

Adding and publishing a listing costs nothing, the same for private individuals and for companies. We charge no fee for posting and take no commission on a rental or a sale. As of October 3, 2026.

## Pricing for private individuals and companies

The more listings you post at once, the lower the price of a single listing.

- Number of listings: 1 listing | Price per listing: Free
- Number of listings: 2-5 listings | Price per listing: Free
- Number of listings: 6 and more | Price per listing: Free

## Questions and Answers

### Is adding a listing paid?

No. Adding and publishing a listing is free, and the two sides get in touch directly, with no commission on the transaction.

### Do you take a commission on a rental or a sale?

We take no commission, because we do not take part in transactions. You agree the rental or sale terms directly between yourselves.

### How is a company account different from a private one?

A company account lets you add workers, manage the company listings together and create housing development pages with your sale and rental offers assigned to them.

### How long does a listing stay visible?

A listing has an expiry date and stops showing in results once it passes. You can renew or remove it from your account at any time.
